NJFexport is a two-person design and manufacturing studio based in Vancouver, Canada. Every part we make is designed, printed, and quality-checked here — no overseas factories, no compromises, no capital investment fund.

The Story

I started NJFexport because I had a 3D printer and I couldn't find the parts I wanted at a reasonable price. As a fixie kid, groadie, and vintage MTB enjoyed, I needed components that were precise, durable, and actually designed for how I ride. So I built them myself.

What began as a personal project became something for riders across our little planet. Today, every order is still made by hand, to order, in the same closet where it started.

Every NJFexport part is printed after you place your order. We don't hold inventory of finished goods — your part is made specifically for you.

The Process

We use professional-grade FDM 3D printing with engineering-grade materials selected for each application — UV resistance, fatigue strength, and dimensional accuracy matter on a bike. Parts are inspected before they ship.

This isn't hobbyist printing. It's precision manufacturing at micro scale, which is exactly what allows us to offer custom colours and configurations that mass-produced parts can't match.
